"Data is what drives any change", how can new insights regarding hypotension potentially revolutionize your practice? Adoption of any new technology is complicated, how do you handle resistance to such innovations? When it comes to change management, if the new change takes more than "300 seconds" then, "unless there is an emotional tug ... it is hard".
