How important is it to have a dedicated member of your team focused on starting, maintaining and coordinating your enhanced recovery programme?
Does an enhanced recovery programme which comes from the grassroots need support early on in the process? How do you find the right people to support you once the process has begun? Also, how do you explain that these changes will actually reduce workload?
